  • How much freezer space will I need?
    For one of our beef bundles you will need approximately a 5.5 cubic ft freezer.
  • How long does the beef age?
    Our in-stock beef cool dry ages for 12 to 14 days. However, we can adjust based on your requests for pre-orders only.
  • How often do you send a cow to the butcher?
    We have secured a monthly reservation with our processor for our products. When you pre-order, your order will go in on the next processing date. Your order will then be aged, processed, and delivered.
  • Can these items be shipped?
    Shipping is available with USPS and UPS; however, this can be very expensive ranging from $40 to $500 depending on location and weight. Shipping services charge higher because our products have to be shipped overnight in freezer boxes with dry ice. We offer local and nearby delivery at predetermined locations and have found that we can do this better and cheaper than using shipping companies. If you are located outside of WV, or are not one of our bordering states, we urge you to try and find a local farmer in your area to support. If this is not readily available, please contact us and we can make arrangements.
  • What happens if I miss my pickup time arranged with the seller?
    If you miss your pick up date without contacting the seller first, you will forfeit all payment made. There will be NO refund. ALL sales are final.
